Shemale Reality Overview

The reality genre has become one of porn’s most popular over the last five years, especially on the web where the episodic style works best. Most genres have a ton of reality sites, but there are very few concerning shemales. I don’t know if this is because very few people are interested in that type of shemale content or if it’s difficult to find the models willing to do it. Either way, when a site like Shemale Reality comes along it’s worth checking out. The premise is simple: real shemales meet real guys and they hook up for a night of debauchery.

The tour is well designed and offers you a look at the most important aspects of the site. First, you can check out the shemales and see if they pass your looks test. I have pretty high standards and I think most of the babes here look as close to women as you can get with a dick in your pants. Second, you can check out free video trailers from the most recent updates to get an idea for how the scenes look and how passionate the performers are. That last part can’t be determined by looking at pictures.

Members Area of the Shemale Reality Site

I was happy to see that the design aesthetic of the tour carried over to the member’s area. It’s a simple site and they keep it that way, choosing not to distract you with needless advertisements or superfluous links to content areas. Instead it looks exactly like the tour, with the latest update sitting at the top of the page waiting to be enjoyed. There are four pictures, a description and info on the movie’s length and the size of the file. It may be a little too simple though.

They don’t offer any information on when the video was added so it’s impossible to tell how often you get a new scene. I’m tugging your chain a little bit because I know they no longer add new content to Shemale Reality. The site hasn’t been updated in months, maybe longer, and so it stands at 20 downloadable scenes and will likely stand there forever. The movies are only available in full length form; there are no small clips to make downloading easier. That’s a shame too because the downloads are a little slow (300kb/sec was my cap) and you’ll be waiting a while to watch your scene.

If they offered picture galleries to entertain yourself with while you downloaded that would have been nice, but you’re left to twiddle your thumbs or travel to another site to get your fix. Most scenes are 130-200mb so it will take 10-15 minutes to download each if you’re on a high speed connection (based on the download speeds I got). The concept of Shemale Reality is that these are real guys and real shemales hooking up, but that’s the concept of every shemale site. They don’t show the guys getting picked up, or how the couple met or anything that would make it seem like a reality site instead of any other shemale site.

Despite my complaints I think there’s some value at Shemale Reality. The videos are good looking and for the most part so are the models. There are a few dogs in the mix but by and large they’ve chosen high quality babes for their scenes. They also mix up the fucking, offering scenes with guys doing shemales and shemales doing guys. Sometimes it’s only one way and sometimes they have both. Also, the performers are passionate for the most part, talking to each other and making all the right noises to indicate they’re having a good time.

Conclusion

I can’t help but feel that Shemale Reality represents squandered potential. There are only 20 scenes and it’s been at that number for months. However, the content they managed to upload before going dark is terrific with high quality videos featuring good looking shemales fucking and getting fucked. The guys that get fucked can all take a cock deep in their assholes and the shemales are the same way. Given the lack of bonus I don’t think a membership to Shemale Reality is good for more than a month at $29.95.
